The Mission
To the organizations, communities, and people I have the blessing of working alongside ,
For seven years, I've designed and delivered community programs, sat across the table from the people those programs are meant to serve, and worked (urgently) to translate what communities actually need into responses that meet them there.
Simply put, I've learned that good intentions aren't the hard part — proving, improving, and executing those intentions to actually impact people is.
That's why I'm currently building the analytical and policy expertise to do this work at the systems level. As a community program specialist I am taking what I've learned in the field and applying it to how organizations and institutions decide where resources go, what gets measured, and what counts as success.
My mission is simple: to carry community perspective into systems-level decisions through impact fluency.
